Nearing nationwide coverage of the Agricultural Conservation Planning Framework database to facilitate watershed-scale planning
The ACPF database has expanded to near-national scale, now covering 90% of U.S. row-crop agriculture across ~53,000 HUC-12 watersheds and including over 21 million field boundaries. This enables any watershed planner in the country to generate targeted conservation practice placements using the ACPF Toolbox. The authors invite researchers and practitioners to contribute new tools and analyses for diverse agricultural landscapes.
