Great Lakes Sediment and Nutrient Reduction Program: ACPF in the Great Lakes

The Great Lakes Sediment and Nutrient Reduction Program (GLSNRP) ACPF Planning Funding offers a microgrant opportunity for eligible applicants to utilize the Agricultural Conservation Planning Framework. This helps improve precision conservation planning and increase sediment and nutrient retention across landscapes in the Great Lakes basin. Examples of previous ACPF planning projects from conservation districts in Ottawa, Barry, and Muskegon County are provided below.
