This Agricultural Conservation Planning Framework (ACPF) report, prepared by Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. for the Ottawa Soil and Water Conservation District in October 2025, analyzes two HUC-12 watersheds in northwestern Ohio to identify conservation opportunities and guide farmer outreach. The results can be found on the ACPF Action Map.
