ACPF Final Report for Muskegon Conservation District

The Muskegon Conservation District's Agricultural Conservation Planning Framework Outreach Plan aims to engage farmers identified in the ACPF analysis as having fields in higher-risk areas, such as near waterways, steep slopes, concentrated flow paths, and support them in voluntarily adopting conservation practices that reduce erosion, nutrient loss, and runoff. These results are available on the ACPF Action Map.
