ACPF and DEP GIS Database and Tool Development

Dave, one of the original developers of the Agricultural Conservation Planning Framework (ACPF), is a recently retired Geographic Information Specialist from the USDA–ARS National Laboratory for Agriculture and the Environment in Ames, Iowa. Formally trained as a Geographer, he has dedicated his career to applying scientifically sound principles of spatial data analysis and information management to agricultural research. In support of the ACPF National Hub, Dave provides GIS technical expertise through the development of custom applications and database management.
