The flow path I generated keeps randomly jumping out of the DEM steam channel and straight across the landscape. Can you help?

Answer:
I’ve never seen a flow path randomly jump out of a channel without some kind of impeded flow causing the behavior. I would suggest using aerial images to help to show what is happening? If cuts are not working, placing a dam along the edge of the channel. If the line is straight, I suspect a no data error in the DEM (a bad mosaic of the original data).
